How ordering and delivery work on InoriStore

By InoriStore · Published

Follow the checkout, payment verification and order-tracking process step by step.

1. Review the listing

Open the account’s detail page and check its region, device, listed items, price and stock status. Read the description carefully. If a detail is missing or a screenshot is unclear, ask Live Support before submitting payment.

Delivery times are estimates. An Instant label should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every order arrives the moment a transaction is submitted; payment verification comes first.

2. Use the payment details shown at checkout

Select your listing and follow the current checkout instructions. Check the asset, network, receiving address and requested amount against the details shown there. Do not reuse payment instructions from an old screenshot or a previous order.

Submit your name, a working email address and the transaction hash requested at checkout. A submitted transaction hash starts the verification process; it is not itself confirmation that your payment has been accepted.

3. Save your order ID

When the order request is accepted, keep its private order ID. Use Order status on the store with the email you entered at checkout to look up progress. The initial status is Payment verification; later statuses communicate the processing and delivery stage.

My account offers passwordless access using an email link. Request a fresh link if the earlier one has expired, and use the same email address as your order. Check your spam folder if an expected email has not arrived.

4. Report delivery problems clearly

When delivery details arrive, compare what was supplied with the listing. If something is missing or does not match, contact support with the order ID and a clear explanation. Share relevant evidence with private information hidden.

Refund eligibility depends on the issue and order stage. Read the current Refund Policy rather than assuming that a change of mind or every access problem automatically qualifies.
